Each year, 10 early-stage proptech companies will spend three months in Toronto working with 100+ mentors from Colliers, Techstars and the broader real estate and technology industries to refine their business plans, build and gained traction with the market, and develop their fundraising strategy and Demo Day presentations.

Colliers Proptech Accelerator powered by Techstars
1. Open call for applications. Proptech startups from around the globe are invited to apply for the accelerator program.
2. Selection. The Colliers and Techstars teams carefully review the applications, interview the top 20 applicants and select our annual class.
What are we looking for? We’re looking to invest in companies that address both near-term, value-enhancing opportunities for our clients and professionals as well as longer-term opportunities that, with strong technology platforms, will help us push industry boundaries.
3. Class of 2018. For 13 weeks, the class works in Toronto, Canada with mentors from Colliers and from the broader real estate industry, successful startup founders and venture capitalists.
4. Demo Day. The Proptech Accelerator program culminates in Demo Day where each startup presents their business plans and highlights the progress made in three short months.
